Beginning August 17, 2020 the Kenora District is under a mandatory mask order by the NWHU (Northwestern Health Unit).  As such, all customers and staff entering our public areas (office), must wear a mask, in order for us to comply with the NWHU directive.  No mask?  We can and do offer non-contact check in with credit card or EMT payment.   All other protocols remain the same, please see those listed below.

COVID-19 - Protocols

1) Rooms are cleaned daily, during your stay (unless you request otherwise). Rooms must be vacant for staff to clean.

2) Hard to disinfect items have been removed from the room. This includes telephone books, menus, maps, extra toilet paper, and bathtub slip mats. Please ring front desk from your room to request these items.

3) Our rooms are cleaned and disinfected with bleach, soap and 80% isopropyl alcohol. Keys are disinfected with 80% isopropyl alcohol and fobs are changed after every check out.

4) Upon check out, all linen items are removed for cleaning. This includes all towels, all bedding, all blankets and comforters, mattress covers, whether the item has been used or not.

5) Given the increased protocols for cleaning we cannot offer late check outs, or early check ins. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am.

6) Our preferred method of payment is Visa, MasterCard, Debit or EMT (etransfer)

7) Only 1 person may enter our office at a time. If you have a fever, cough or feel unwell, please call (807)468-3071 for a non-contact check in.
